INTERIOR ARCHITECT WITH A MINIMUM OF 5/6 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (M/F) - CDI

The LAURA GONZALEZ interior architecture studio, specialized in high-end private residences, restaurants, hospitality, and luxury retail projects, is looking for an Interior Architect with a minimum of 6 years of experience in an architecture or design agency. This person will join the studio’s design team and will work on a variety of projects in France and internationally, from concept design to construction drawings (DCE) phases. Working under the supervision of a project manager, the candidate will be part of a team of 3 to 4 people.

Profile

Architecte d’intérieur de formation, Dessinateur expérimenté, expert d’Autocad, avec un bon sens du détail et du dessin.

  • 5 years of minimum experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of 3D software (Rhino, Blender).
  • Solid experience in project development scales in APS/APD/DCE/EXE phases.
  • Experience in interior architecture agencies and in the luxury industry: Retail, hospitality, restaurants, private clients, yachts, private aviation.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a penchant for teamwork. 
  • Demonstrates creativity, dynamism, and organization.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Fluent spoken and written English required.

This person will be led to join the 3D team made up of a project manager and 3 perspectivists.

We are looking for a talented and creative 3D perspectivist with experience, passionate about interior architecture, to design realistic and high-quality renderings.

Interior architect by training, with a good sense of detail and drawing.

2 to 3 years of experience in an interior architecture agency.

Excellent command of 3D modeling and rendering software:

  • Rhino mandatory;
  • Blender and Suite Adobe appreciated.

Your mission

As a 3D perspectivist, you will play a key role in translating concepts and plans into high-quality 3D renderings for our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse and creative projects, to refine your skills, and to push the boundaries of what is possible in 3D design. You will collaborate within a team of perspectivists in close cooperation with a team of interior architects and furniture designers to create highly detailed and realistic visual representations of our projects.

Description

The LAURA GONZALEZ interior architecture studio, specialized in private residences, restaurants, luxury hotels, and high-end retail projects, is seeking a Direction Assistant who is dynamic, motivated, and organized to join its team.

Under the supervision of the personal assistant to the two directors, you will play a key role in supporting our team and managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks, helping to ensure the smooth operation of the agency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the personal assistant in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and plan meetings, internal events (breakfasts, after‑work gatherings, team‑building activities, etc.), and external events.
  • Draft and format administrative documents.
  • Oversee the administrative management of projects (follow‑up on requests, scheduling meetings, managing calls for tenders, etc.)
  • Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams (architects, designers) and suppliers.
  • Organize business travel (transportation, hotels).
  • Occasionally (in the absence of the office manager), handle in‑person and telephone reception for visitors, clients, and suppliers.

Profile:

  • Two‑year degree (BTS or DUT in management, assistance, secretarial work, or a related field).
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the architecture, interior design, or decoration sector.
  • Good command of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail).
  • Strong organizational skills, sense of priorities, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
  • Rigour, proactivity, and ability to work independently while remaining responsive.
  • A strong motivation and an interest in the architecture and interior design sector are a plus.

The Studio Laura Gonzalez, référence parisienne de l’architecture d’intérieur et du design, basé à Paris 16, est à la recherche d’un graphiste pour renforcer son équipe Communication et accompagner la croissance et la visibilité de la marque.

Main Responsibilities:

Sous la supervision d’un Graphiste senior, vos principales missions sont les suivantes afin de communiquer sur les nouvelles pièces de mobilier de la Collection LG, et les projets hôteliers ou résidentiels du studio :

  • Concevoir et déployer la stratégie digitale et social media (éditorial, planning, campagnes), cohérente avec l’ADN de la marque
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des activations influence (événements, collaborations)
  • Préparer et organiser des shootings photo/vidéo (choix des photographes, lieux, mise en scène)
  • Surveiller la e-reputation, identifier les opportunités
  • Proposer des idées innovantes et impactantes de contenus, être à l’affût des tendances émergentes en matière de formats, contenus et technologies

 

Profile:

  • Expérience minimum de 3 ans, idéalement dans l’univers du design, de l’architecture, du luxe ou de l’art de vivre
  • Parfaite maîtrise des réseaux sociaux (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube…), et des codes visuels et narratifs du luxe
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro / motion design
  • Maîtrise des outils d’IA générative appliqués au graphisme (midjourney, Dall E, stable, diffusion, Runway…)
  • Profil créatif, stratégique, proactif et très structuré : vous êtes sourceur d’idées neuves et impactantes
  • Sens aigu du détail, rigueur, capacité à piloter en simultané plusieurs projets de A à Z avec autonomie et initiative
  • Culture visuelle affirmée

L’agence d’architecture d’intérieur Laura Gonzalez intervient sur des projets d’hôtellerie, de restaurants, de retails, et de particuliers. Notre démarche est guidée par une exigence esthétique singulière, une grande sensibilité aux matières et une attention portée à la personnalité de chaque lieu. Notre pôle mobilier développe les pièces d’exception de ces projets.

Dans le cadre du développement de nos projets de mobilier sur-mesure, nous recherchons un·e designer passionné·e, rigoureux·se avec un fort profil technique. 
Communication is essential, as well as technical knowledge (furniture structure and templates, software, etc.).

Main Responsibilities:

Au sein de l’équipe Mobilier, vous participerez au développement des pièces de mobilier destinées à notre collection ou au mobilier bespoke des projets.

Vous aurez notamment pour responsabilités :

  • Suivi technique : demandes de chiffrages, prospection fournisseurs, suivi de fabrication.
  • Réaliser des fiches techniques, dessins, croquis, plans, modélisations 3D et rendus visuels d’adaptabilité
  • Faire des déclinaisons de fiches techniques existantes dans d’autres formats
  • Correction des plans d’exécution de nos fabricants
  • Rechercher les matériaux, les finitions et les procédés de fabrication en lien avec nos artisans et fabricants
  • Gérer les échanges avec les fournisseurs, les prototypistes et les ateliers de fabrication
  • Capacité à gérer les phases de VE (Value Engineering)
  • Visites en atelier
  • Assurer le suivi de développement produit jusqu’à la fabrication finale
  • Répondre aux demandes bespoke de nos clients
  • Service après-vente : solutions et suivi client

 

Profile:

  • Expérience de 4 à 5 ans dans un studio ou cabinet de design, idéalement dans le secteur haut de gamme ou de l’architecture d’intérieur
  • Très bonne connaissance du suivi FF&E
  • Connaissances techniques de conception mobilier : stabilité, poids, assemblages, résistance
  • Connaissances des techniques de fabrication et d’assemblage (bois, tapisserie, métal, marbre…)
  • Compétences en gestion de projet : Capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs sujets/projets
  • Maîtrise parfaite des logiciels de conception et de rendu (Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Keyshot, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Fort esprit d’équipe, patient, rigoureux, réactif et organisé
  • Excellent relationnel et communication
